Greenfields was established in 2004 by Daniel Levy and Angela Longo. Daniel had previously been with Blake Dawson Waldron (now Ashurst) and Angela had been at ASIC. The aim was to build a boutique firm, catering to the specific needs of the financial services industry.
As a small firm, Greenfields can adapt quickly to the changing environment and the needs of our clients. It also means that we can operate without the leveraging associated with larger firms, so our clients typically deal directly with the principals rather than junior lawyers.
We pride ourselves in being responsive and providing high quality advice that does not lose sight of the commercial environment in which our clients operate.
Most of our clients have been with us for a number of years, reflecting our desire to build strong relationships and the value we place on them.
